Humanity is gone, and the last moving city carries an AI core through a dead wasteland in search of energy, memory and a way to bring its creators back.
The persistent layer develops the ship and its AI program, while combat unfolds temporary defenses around the city. Players assemble program decks and adapt their tactics to threats across the wasteland.
